Welcome to The Northern Cheyenne Food Pantry
Our mission statement: To ensure that the most vulnerable and at-risk families on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation are safe and have their basic needs taken care of during the most difficult times.

About Our Program
Northern Cheyenne Food Pantry is a non-profit organization founded by Emma Harris to provide food assistance to those in need, especially during the covid pandemic. We are family-oriented and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for all those who come to us for help. Our team is committed to meeting the needs of our clients with empathy, dignity, and respect. We understand that seeking help is not easy, and we are here to provide a safe and trusted environment.
Support our cause by making a donation to the NC Food Pantry. You can easily scan the QR code or mail your contribution to us. Every little bit helps us provide assistance to those in need. Thank you for your generosity!

The Northern Cheyenne Food Pantry board members participated in a tour hosted by the Northern Plains Resource Council to explore their sustainable building. As part of our planning process for a future facility on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation, the board is actively researching innovative building designs and food pantries statewide to inform and inspire our vision to give our people a food pantry they deserve and have been waiting for.

We are thrilled to introduce Major Robinson, the owner of Redstone Project Development, who will be serving as our contractor for an exciting new feasibility study, generously funded by the Arthur Blank Foundation. Our dedicated staff and board members are collaborating closely with Major to bring our vision of a dream building to life. This is a significant step forward, and we couldn't be more excited about the possibilities ahead!
Our Causes
It Starts With the Will to Make a Difference

Nurturing Our Community
One of our main causes here at Northern Cheyenne Food Pantry is to ensure our people have something to eat, an issue that touches many lives, particularly those on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. We spend a significant portion of our resources on tackling this problem. See how you can help by reading more or contacting one of our representatives.
Helping One Another
One of the main reasons Northern Cheyenne Food Pantry was founded was to compensate for the struggles many of our tribal members faced during the Coronavirus Pandemic. We’ve dedicated a lot of man-hours and invested countless resources to this cause, and hope to continue to help each and everyone of those who need us.

Standing For Those In Need
One of our goals is to make sure our people know that there is a place for them that will help when they are going through difficult times. A place where they feel safe and not judged.
